Professional Equipment For Professional Performances

In this day and age, VALUE & Perception plays a very large part of how a client/customer views his or her purchase.

In short, You Get What You Pay For

NEVER SETTLE FOR AN AMATEUR THAT USES UNPROFESSIONAL EQUIPMENT

Allow me to explain:

First and foremost, when you hire KICKIT PRODUCTIONS, your event will be provided with the most technologically advanced, PROFESSIONAL audio and lighting equipment manufactured today.

In other words, I DON'T PRODUCE EVENTS WITH WHAT YOU WOULD BE ABLE TO DO YOURSELF, such as a laptop computer or I-pods and home stereo speakers (like some so called professional DJ's in the Triad area do).

Over the last several years, the computer has become a staple of our everyday lives. These days, more and more mobile disc jockeys are using a laptop computer, or even worse, a couple of I-pods to "mix" your music that is stored on their hard drives, without thinking to carry CD backups in case of emergency.  With that being said - ask yourself a couple of very important questions - "What happens if the DJ's computer crashes? What happens to the flow of my event if the DJ can't return the computer to working status?"  "What happens if the DJ doesn't have a back-up plan?"

KICKIT PRODUCTIONS DOES NOT nor will it ever use, a computer for music playback. I use only professionally produced subscription and store bought CD's.

I have invested in over $100,000 dollars worth of equipment and carry (3) three fully integrated audio consoles in the trailer at all times, so that in that rare case when an audio or lighting device fails, I can replace it so that downtime is minimized to keep your event running smoothly. When you hire KICKIT PRODUCTIONS for your event, you are hiring a true radio disc jockey with 20+ years of broadcast experience. What this means to you as a consumer is that you are placing your trust for a memorable event in the hands of a Professional that has years of training in how to read a crowd, pick them up and take them along for the ride....when to ebb and when to flow....when to speed the tempo up and when to slow it down. With all of this being said, the Professional Sound equipment employed for all events is shown below.

REMEMBER!!! - You are paying a good deal of money for your event - but what you are really purchasing is Peace Of Mind....

***NOTICE***

If you are an amateur that has no experience or background in clubs, radio, television or live event production and you are thinking about becoming a DJ, my advice is as follows -

DON'T!

Unless you plan to do it right and spend at least $5000 to $10,000 dollars on PRO equipment from the outset, at least $10,000 dollars per year on advertising and marketing, and commit yourself to providing Ultimate Customer Service. That's what sets the Pros apart from amateurs.
